Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact us at info@reyconfit.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the issue for prompt assistance.
